• Keukenhof is the most beautiful spring garden in the world, for 60 years now, Keukenhof has been the most beautiful place where spring bursts out in all of its colourful tulips in 100 varieties, it also has hyacinths, daffodils and all the other spring bulbs

• Keukenhof is known worldwide and is one of the most popular destinations in the world. The first flower exhibition
was held in the open air in 1949.

• In the 15th century herbs were also gathered for the kitchen of Jacoba van Beieren’s castle and that is why it came to be known as ‘Keukenhof’ which means
kitchen garden. It covers an area of 32 hectares.
